Security

Our commitment to
keeping your data safe

Security, reliability, and privacy are at the core of Oneteam. These principles guide how we operate and protect our users.

Data hosting

Oneteam stores data in secure data centers with 24/7 monitoring, camera surveillance, and ISO 27001 certification. Learn more about our hosting partner at digitalocean.com/trust

Data protection

All data sent to or from Oneteam is encrypted in transit using TLS v1.2. Sensitive data is encrypted at rest using AES-256 and stored within Europe.

Secure coding

We follow industry best practices to write secure code and reduce vulnerabilities. Every code change is automatically tested and manually reviewed in a separate staging environment.

Files and passwords

Files, videos, and documents are transmitted over secure connections and stored encrypted. Passwords are hashed, and Oneteam has no access to the actual password values.

Penetration testing

We partner with an independent security firm that regularly performs black-box, grey-box, and white-box penetration tests to assess and strengthen our security.

High availability

All critical services are built with redundancy to ensure uptime and reliability. Backups are made hourly and stored securely within Europe for one month.
Compliance

A secure and compliant platform you can rely on.
