All data sent to or from Oneteam infrastructure is encrypted in transit using Transport Layer Security (TLS) v1.2 and is stored in Europe. All sensitive data is encrypted at rest using military-grade AES-256 encryption.

Oneteam is developed according to industry best practices and measures are taken to prevent vulnerabilities. For every code change, automated test suites are run. In addition, manual testing and quality assurance are done in our testing environment.

All files, videos, and documents are sent over secure encrypted connections and are encrypted at rest. Passwords are stored as hash. Oneteam has no knowledge of the actual passwords.

Oneteam has partnered with an external independent security firm that carries out a series of black, grey and white-box penetration tests annually.

All of our critical services are set up redundantly to ensure high availability. Your data is backed up once a day and kept for a month in a secure storage within Europe.
