Security

Our commitment to
security and trust

Oneteam is based on security, reliability, and privacy. These principles guide operations and protect users.

Data hosting

Oneteam hosts data in secure data centers with 24/7 security, camera surveillance, and ISO 27001 certification. For more on DigitalOcean’s security, visit: https://www.digitalocean.com/trust

Data protection

Data sent to or from Oneteam is encrypted in transit with TLS v1.2 and stored in Europe. Sensitive data is encrypted at rest with AES-256.

Secure coding

Oneteam follows best practices to prevent vulnerabilities. Automated tests run for every code change, along with manual testing and quality assurance.

Files & passwords

Files, videos, and documents are sent over secure connections and encrypted at rest. Passwords are hashed, and Oneteam does not know the actual passwords.

Penetration tests

Oneteam has partnered with an external independent security firm that carries out a series of black, grey and white-box penetration tests.

High availability

All of our critical services are set up redundantly to ensure high availability. Your data is backed up every hour and kept for a month in a secure storage within Europe.
Compliance

We are a compliant platform you can trust
