Oneteam 3.0 is here
It’s officially here 🥳
This quarter, our team officially launched the new-and-improved design and functionality of Oneteam 3.0.
With Oneteam 3.0, users can access a centralized Hub where all our features come together, in a personalized way for each employee.
This updated version of our app also comes with a new pricing structure, which is now also implemented in-product.
Currently, Oneteam 3.0 is live for a select group of users. The Hub will be turned on for all users (iOS and Android) on November 1st. Learn more about Oneteam 3.0.
View and restore recently deleted users
You asked, we delivered! This update introduces the ability to view and restore recently deleted users, adding an extra layer of security and control for HR teams. Now, administrators can quickly identify which employees were accidentally removed and easily reinstate them, ensuring no critical data is lost and operations remain uninterrupted.
Share media and files directly to Oneteam
In Q2, we gave users the ability to share photos, videos, and files from their iOS device to the Timeline in Oneteam – without ever having to open the Oneteam app. This quarter, we expanded this feature so you can share directly to the Chat feature as well!
Improvements to Polls
Polls are a quick and easy way to gather feedback from your employees. Our latest improvements make gathering employee feedback even more flexible and efficient. Now, users can:
- Make a poll multiple choice;
- Hide the number of votes; and
- Set an expiration date.

Advanced permissions in Forms
Managing Forms has just gotten a whole lot easier. Previously, admins were only able to give employees access to manage all forms. Now, admins can give access to only create new forms. This means employees can now simply focus on creating new forms without being given access to see all other forms and their submissions.
